Celeste manages interactive media strategy by discovering innovative ways to reach One Economy's key audiences. Her work focuses on the creation of valuable and relevant content and online initiatives for One Economy's Midwest-focused media properties. Celeste specializes in interactive strategy and consulting, digital content development, audience development, and user-centered design. She has more than 10 years of interactive and online publishing experience, including work for several Fortune 100 corporations, start-ups, and, most recently, leading the interactive team for Indiana's second-largest daily newspaper.

She earned her B.A. in English and Minority Studies from Indiana University and M.S. in Technical Communication and Information Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
