Frances Dreher

As Director of Human Resources, Frances Dreher is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Human Resources programs, policies, and systems and providing overall HR strategic leadership for One Economy.  Her focus is policy development, recruitment, employee relations, staff training and development, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

Frances has over ten years of broad HR experience.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland - College Park and her Master of Science in Management, with a specialization in Human Resources Management, from the University of Maryland University College.
