What Inspires You?, an inspiring new video series available exclusively on the Public Internet Channel, highlights Shad Ireland's 4,639 mile cross-country bicycle tour. Ireland, a dialysis patient for 27 years and Ironman triathelete began his "What Inspires You Tour" on May 1, 2009 in San Pedro, California, completing his ride on July 30, 2009 in Washington, D.C. The video series features education and prevention-related content about obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes-the leading causes of kidney disease. One Economy hosted a series of events to celebrate the end of Shad's journey in collaboration with the Shad Ireland Foundation. On July 30, 2009 hundreds of DC residents attended a health and wellness event at the Capitol Hill Safeway receiving onsite blood pressure screenings. The day concluded with an evening reception hosted by Congressman Artur Davis (D - AL) at the Cannon House Office Building. The event was attended by numerous government officials and business executives, including representatives from National Kidney Foundation, George Washington University Medical Center and Fresenius Medical Care.

One Economy for All
Instead of the rush to Publicity as the latest Hula Hoop, to create a new dollar market and windfall Profits, why not create:
1. an Online over the internet Work From Home Environment for most if not all Office Workers. Of course the land owners of Business Office Space, Condos etc. would be vary concerned, but:
a. You would save lives
b. You would save the environment
c. Cut massive cost by Freeing existing roads for the needed movement of goods and service or those who had to be physically at work
2. Instead of trying to create a better manual election process, why not use the computer, just like we do debit cards, giving every person a User ID and PIN to cast their votes on candidates, policy and opinion. If it workS for our money it would work for our politics which is REALLY our money
Yes, these ideas would shift the pendulum, but would create not ONLY Benefit and Cost based efficiencies but give great social and physical gains to the environment and peoples lives. Expanding opportunities for all in all locations. Much prefereed than non profit PROFIT for Publicity based transfer of funds or Rich Business as usual.

I liked the article and I even subscribed to it. If you don't like being educated by some people or institutions than, I'd say you should all get the outrank reviews Austin power of doing business by your own self. No one profits and you only benefit from it. You should really try.

Truly Very inspirational video. This can be a best example for people who always give excuses for even small things. "If there is a will, there is a way" is the only I can think after seeing this video. I will definitely try to spread this video as much as possible.
